At MEDAYU VCARE, we are committed to delivering your products in a fast, safe, and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Order Placement & Processing
All confirmed orders will be placed and processed on the next working day (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday after [cut-off time] will be processed on the following Monday.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe delivery:
Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (depending on location).
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at an additional cost).
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in selected locations.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier partner policies, and external factors such as weather or government restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[800].
For orders below this value, a nominal shipping charge of ₹[70] / ₹[100] will be applied. Depending On Your Location
Express shipping charges will be calculated manualy after order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment status in real-time using this link.

5. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.

6. Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or situations beyond our control.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

7. Refund & Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (and as a proof send a photo of product along with its bill or recipt)

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not return in any way such products which are used and included as well as spoiled which cannot be used again.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.(if company seal on product is not broken)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once Your Refund Is Approved You Will Recieve The Amount in Orignal Payment Method Within 7 Working Days. If Didn’t Contact Us
